Returns and refunds


All Sales Are Final


Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once an order has been placed.


Custom & Handmade Items


Many of our props, figures, and printed pieces are made specifically to order. Because each item is crafted individually, variations in color, finish, or minor surface details may occur. These are normal characteristics of handmade and 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.


Order Accuracy


Please review your order details carefully before checkout. Once production begins, we cannot modify, cancel, or refund the order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


While refunds are not offered, if your item arrives severely damaged during shipping or if the incorrect product was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a repair, replacement part, or other appropriate solution at our discretion.


Shipping Issues


We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. Once the package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for timely delivery is transferred to them.
