Shipping and delivery

Delivery Expectations

We want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. Below is a clear outline of how our production and delivery process works, and what you can expect after placing an order.

⏳ Production Time (Made-to-Order Items)

Most of our products are custom-made, 3D printed, or hand-finished, which means they require time to craft properly.

  • Standard production time: 7– 14 business days or unless specified
  • Complex or large items: may take longer depending on detail and finishing requirements
  • Custom commissions: timelines are discussed and approved before work begins

We always aim to deliver high-quality work, and quality takes time.

📦 Shipping Time

Once your order is complete and packaged, it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Typical shipping estimates (after production):

  • Domestic orders: 7– 14 business days or unless specified
  • International orders: varies by region, typically 1–4 weeks

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.

🚚 Tracking Your Order

When your package ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your item’s progress.

📮 Delivery Responsibility

Once a completed order is handed over to the carrier, we no longer control the delivery timeline.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues, but we will always do what we can to assist you in resolving the issue.

✨ Commissioned Work

For custom one-of-a-kind projects:

  • You will receive a timeline estimate before production begins
  • Progress updates may be provided upon request
  • Completion times can vary based on complexity, material availability, and revisions

We take pride in delivering quality work—never rushed.

📝 Summary

  • Production time + shipping time = total delivery time
  • All items are custom-made, so timelines vary
  • You will receive tracking once shipped
  • Carrier delays are outside our control, but we're always here to help
